TRINETRA / About Practice statement · v4.0.2 Founder-led · since 2021

We ship closure.
Not decks.
Not retainers.
Not noise.

— Practice posture
Trinetra is a founder-led cyber defense practice based in India. Small by design.
— Engagement floor
Every brief lands with someone who is going to run the work. No sales motion.
— What we measure
Closure rate. Time-to-evidence. Insurer artifact acceptance. The metrics worth signing.
01

Evidence over claims.

If a reviewer asks "how do you know," the report should already answer.

Every finding ships with reproducible proof-of-issue — payload, capture, replay instructions. Your engineers can replay it locally; your auditors can reference it without re-asking. This is not an internal QA standard; it is a contractual commitment. A finding without evidence is a claim, and claims do not close.

02

Closure over reports.

Engagements end at the closure statement, not the report.

The deliverable is closure — critical and high findings re-validated, audit-ready artifacts handed over, the issue actually gone. The PDF is just the audit trail. We have inherited too many engagements where the previous vendor's report sat in a SharePoint folder while a critical finding was live for fourteen months. Closure is the brief; reporting is the receipt.

03

Operators, not headcount.

The named operator on your kickoff is the named operator on your retest.

No engagement gets handed off to a freshly-onboarded analyst three weeks in. Trinetra is small by design — every brief lands with someone who will run it. If we cannot staff your engagement to that standard, we say no and refer you somewhere we trust. That happens. It does not embarrass us.

The operators

Founder-led.
Founder-shipped.

Trinetra is run by its founding operators. We do not have a sales motion. Every conversation lands with someone who is going to run the engagement.

Founding partner/CEO & COO
LM

Sets company direction, go-to-market, and partnerships — accountable from kickoff to retest.

Oversees delivery, customer programs, and operational scale so engagements stay on scope, on timeline, and accountable. Every brief lands with Lav on the call — he shapes the scope, signs the closure statement, and is answerable for the outcome.

RUNS DirectionGTMPartnershipsDelivery
Founding partner/CTO
LH

Translates complex attack surfaces into prioritized roadmaps and quality bars the delivery team executes against.

Leads technical vision, architecture, and security engineering for Trinetra. Owns the review methodology that every engagement runs through — from scoping assumptions to the last finding in the closure report.
